Dental Arts Of Maywood

Our family dentist and orthodontist is Dental Arts Of Maywood in Maywood, New Jersey.

We have never left without paying. We have great insurance with MetLife. We have a credit on our account (meaning we’ve paid too much and they didn’t bother to send it back).

I have Credit Secure through American Express and I got a notice that my score decreased by a substantial number. After investigating it online, I noticed that I had just gotten the worst mark you can get on your credit report. My account was in collection for $102.00 and a note said it was being assigned to an attorney. I immediately filed a dispute with the credit bureaus because I have never gotten a bill or a phone call.

I know for a fact that I don’t owe Dental Arts Of Maywood (or anyone else for that matter) money, so I gave them a call. They reaffirmed that I indeed had a credit on my account (they owed ME money) and they would have the negative item removed. It has been two weeks and it remains.

Did you know that when your credit score drops, all of your creditors have the right to give you the defaulted interest rate immediately and without notice? That’s high 20-30+%. Check it out, it’s scary.

I wonder that if Dental Arts Of Maywood’s financial business is run so poorly, how they do with dentistry. They’ve obviously lost my and my family’s business, and I suggest anyone that uses them check their bills out carefully and anyone thinking of using them, think again. If they don’t take care in handling client’s credit, and a family that has been with them for 15 years, what care do they take with our teeth?
